Booking & Partnership Guidelines

Reservations and Deposits
Safari itineraries are confirmed once a 30% deposit is received. Final balances are due 60 days before departure, unless otherwise noted in your proposal.
Changes and Cancellations
If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. We will apply our best efforts to reschedule tours and minimize cancellation fees based on supplier requirements.
Travel Documentation
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccination requirements. We provide guidance, but all travelers must ensure documents are current.
Health and Safety
All guests must follow guide instructions during wildlife encounters and cultural visits. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries for safety or conservation reasons.
Partnership Contributions
Corporate and group partnership commitments are outlined in written proposals. We provide receipts and impact updates for all contributions.
